Hello All,

I'm Jennifer and I just discovered this forum. I live in Vulcan, I'm 33, Married and have a 3.5 month old little boy named Preston. I am owned by one horse. His name is Manny. He's a 17 yr old, SE Arab gelding. We've been partners now for 16 yrs. I bought him just before his first birthday when I was 17. We've done a bit of everything from jumping up to 3', bassic dressage, played with reining but now we are just trail riders. I board near Aldersyde with a friend who is an endurance rider. There is one member here that I know (Gallamist). Some of you may know me from other forums as Cdn_Tinkerbell.

Very nice little arab. They can be a tricky breed, but when you find a good one, he's worth his weight in gold. Your boy looks to have nice gaits and has a very kind eye. Welcome to the forum!

Thank you for the warm welcome!

Right now it's hard for me to get out to the barn so I am only going about once a week right now. Hopefully when I have my truck back I hope to ride at least 3 days a week.

Satin you are so right! I got lucky. When I bought him I had only been riding for a year and really didn't know what to look for. He turned out to be kind, intelligent and he has a great personallity. He's handled everything I have thrown at him with grace and courage. My hope now is that he will teach my little man to ride when he is old enough.
