If I ever get this 'frugal' someone slap me

My hubby's grandpa was throwing a fit because when his daughter came to visit they went through so much toilet paper so he had to buy the cheap kind. Then ranted on about having to use more then ONE square, (yeah ONE square lol!) then ranted about the system is going to get clogged with all the toilet paper the women 'waste'.

I once had a landlord who asked me to put my toilet paper in the waste basket so that it wouldn't clog the toilet. Needless to say I paid rent and he couldn't make me do that lol.
