Just got this boy in mid-August; he's my first horse. He's 17hh, 7 years old. I've learned so much from him and we get along so well.

I understand my equitation isn't the greatest- in my four years of taking lessons I was never taught the basics of riding and had never ridden bareback prior to owning Scotty. Since buying him I have never ridden in a saddle and I've improved so much- obviously still have some improving to do, but it's definitely a start!
