My 2005 APHA gelding has that and its very scary to see, but the way that I managed it and the way the vets told me to manage it is to build up those muscles in his back end buy riding up and down hills and sand and what not, just so he has to work and build up those muscles. If that doesnt work the only other way to fix it is surgery. Trotting helps alot too, and regular excersise for that matter is the best. When I dont ride Bentley for a long time and he just sits that when he has the episodes the most. He hasnt had an episode in about a year now he had a very small small one this last summer but he walked right out of it and was fine. Wink
